What does the JanSport Lifetime Warranty cover?
Our bags are built to last a lifetime. If your pack ever breaks down, simply send it back to our warranty center and we will fix it or replace it, no questions asked.
How should I clean my JanSport backpack?
To preserve the shape and finish of your pack, we recommend hand cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash or dry as this can damage the structural integrity and fabric coatings.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase for items in their original, unused condition with tags attached. Please use our online portal to generate a prepaid return shipping label.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your gear ready for your next adventure sooner.
Are JanSport backpacks water-resistant?
Most of our packs are made with water-resistant fabrics and coated interiors to protect your belongings from light rain. However, they are not fully waterproof and should not be submerged.
